About Gordon Green
He has been a licenced real estate agent and builder/developer since 1973 and has been involved with investment property most of his working life, having purchased his first property in 1965. In 1997 Gordon Joined a business coaching organisation as the Coaches’ Coach. He has organised and presented educational property workshops, from small 3-hour sessions to 5-day international workshops for over 300 participants.
He has had a positive impact on more than 3800 participants. His insights are from personal experience and information from an international team of mentors. Gordon’s passion is assisting hard-working Australians to retire comfortably. He does this through a combination of Planning and Property Investment.
Over the last 50 years, we have built strong relationships with countless developers and builders throughout Australia who provide us with regular stock updates. On top of that, we subscribe to information services that provide us with accurate details for all development approvals for land, townhouses and apartments so we always know what is available now and in the future.
We then analyse cost per 2m for the various areas, which allows us to calculate the actual value of properties we are interested in. Our preferred approach is to speak with the client and assess their needs, then find the best deal that fits their required outcome. This often means finding an off-market block of land and then developing a package that will provide the necessary return for the client’s requirements.
